We are hiring a full-time Therapist for the Balsam House Program. In this position, you will provide clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual, family, and group therapy, and case management. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, document significant interactions, and maintain clinical charts and other reporting data.

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Residential Specialists to work at our Boulder Balsam House location. As the Residential Specialist, you will work in a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver inpatient mental health services to adult-age clients with severe mental illness. Colorado Recovery’s Balsam House is a 24/7 intensive mental health care facility.

We are looking for a 32-40 hour Outpatient Therapist.
