Chloe Mathis, BA
Chloe graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with her Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2018. Eager to start work in the field, she began working at Colorado Recovery as a Residential Specialist shortly after graduation. Since then, Chloe has stepped into many different roles at Balsam House, including running the grocery/meal planning program and assisting in the implementation and production of an Electronic Health Record System for Colorado Recovery. Chloe also has experience working in a more acute psychiatric setting at Boulder Community Health’s Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, providing a unique understanding of the mental health recovery process to her roles at Balsam House.
In 2020, Chloe began working as Balsam House’s Case Manager, and continues to enjoy empowering adults with severe mental illness and encouraging clients to grow and heal through warmth, joy, and compassion. During her free time, Chloe enjoys making music and singing as well as rock climbing the local cliffs of Boulder.
